How to format your transcent Flash memory online

I bought a 16 GB Transcent Flash memory. Every thing was fine the Flash memory was stable. One day i tried to copy files to the Flash memory an error message says  that the Flash memory is write protected. I thought that the flash memory was corrupted. Even i tried to  format it same error appeared. I was amazed when i knew that the Transcent website provides  an online tool to recover and format your Flash memory and get it work again. You need to know the model and type of your flash memory and the serial number S/N to get to the online recovery. Very simple and powerfull tool . After specifying your model  “ you can find it written on the stick , even the S/N “  , you will end up with a page were you can find manuals and the recovery tool . they even provide you a  step by step in  how to use the tool  .
